How can I order?

You don't have to register account. Just put items to your shopping cart, choose payment method, pay it and all is done.

How can I pay?

We accept all major bank cards as well as the international SEPA bank transfer. You can pay through Western Union too, but you must write it to us before ordering.

C. O. D. is possible?

Payment method "Cash on delivery" is not possible. Maybe in future.

How long does it take from paying to receiving the order?

If everything is on stock, your order will be send within 3-5 working days. Depend on how much packages we have to prepare. Sometimes it´s really crazy, but don´t worry, package will be delivered.

When the order is bigger (1000 € and more) or you are very hurry with delivery, we can arrange individual conditions of the delivery with you = please contact us on e-mail info@pyrofire.eu

How will you know that money is from me?

After making order you will get confirmation email with PDF document with order number (for example Z2P2-20356).

Please make sure that you put the number (only last 5 digits) in payment title so we know it´s yours. If you forget to do it, please contact us on e-mail info@pyrofire.eu

I have ordered but haven`t received any email. What can I do?

Please wait a few minutes. If after this time you don´t get any email please check your SPAM box. If even that doesn´t help, please contact us on e-mail info@pyrofire.eu

How am I supposed to know my order has been sent?

After consignment is exported you will get confirmation email with tracking number so you can see where is your package.

What happens if I´m not at home when forwarder comes?

Courier will contact you on phone number you gave in order or leave notice in your mailbox.

Can you send your stuff to another countries which are not listed in your trading terms?

Pyrotechnic products can be shipped only inside EU. If you are interested in not pyrotechnic products and your country is not lised in our trading terms then please contact us on e-mail info@pyrofire.eu

Can I get discount if I make bigger order?

We give 5% discount for orders over 800 EUR without shipping and pay-method fee. If you make this order, please wait with payment until we send you special e-mail with payment details.

Do you send to The Netherlands?
We DON´T provide fireworks to private persons in The Netherlands! If you are from The Netherlands and would like to buy other products like paper or aluminium tubes, flags, wooden sticks etc. so then please contact us by email.
